A leading Italian telecom operator, a long-standing RESI client, needed a platform capable of continuous, non-intrusive monitoring across the entire network (core + access), handling growing traffic volumes and the introduction of new services such as VoIP. It was essential to have tools enabling in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis, rapid troubleshooting, and complete visibility of every network element to ensure reliability, service quality, and data-driven decisions.
To address the increasing complexity of the network and efficiently manage the massive data generated by new digital services, RESI developed a custom solution based on proprietary technology.
